All items are made-to-order typically within 2-3 business days but shipping times vary based on the complexity of each style. After an order has been placed, we will follow up and keep you updated on the progress of your order via email.

All items are currently Made in Nigeria and delivery estimates are shared with order tracking once the item has been shipped.

Orders are processed during business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends.

Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.

For international orders, a customs duty/tax may be required upon arrival to your country. WHITNEY MADUEKE is not responsible for the payment of this duty or additional costs relating to delivery. Upon refusal to pay customs fees and item is returned, a return fee will be deducted.

Shipping within Nigeria $10, Africa $20, UK & USA $25, Rest of the world $30.

All deliveries are made through DHL.

All items are made-to-order, just for you and with a more sustainable approach to fashion, we hope to reduce waste and avoid inventory. As such, we do not currently accept returns but we do accept exchanges. We imagine a future with better fashion practices cultivated through less over-production and waste from inventory build-up.

Exchanges must be made within 12 days of delivery as our items are limited pieces.

Return shipping and relevant fees for exchanges are paid by you and we send out the exchanged item to you free of charge.

All sales are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.
