What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in US dollars.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Orders are dispatched within 1-4 business days. During busy or special periods, dispatch may take up to 8 business days to ship. 

Tracking numbers will be updated after the order has been shipped. If you don't have a tracking number after 5 business days please email us at info@whitneymadueke.com

Can I return an order?

Items purchased from whitneymadueke.com can be returned within 21 days of their delivery date. Please emails us at info@whitneymadueke.com. Once the item has been received, please allow up to 10 business days for it to be processed. Return shipping costs are not covered by us.  Any item(s) to be returned must be in its original condition with tags still attached.

Can I cancel my order?

Please email info@whitneymadueke.com immediately if you need to change or cancel your order. After your order has been shipped, we won't be able to amend it.

Can I exchange my order?

We currently do not accept exchanges. If you change your mind, you may return it. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with tags still attached.
